Getting your Donations Ready
- Separate the clothing, accessories, linens from the household goods
- Please put everything into heavy plastic bags (up to 33 gallon) or boxes
- Please, clearly label everything GivSmart! (we don't want to take the wrong thing by mistake)
- Put your donations out, in a dry location, before 9:00 a.m. on the day of pick-up
The GivSmart driver will pick-up your donations on your scheduled date sometime after 9:00 AM and before 5:00 PM. Please don't make the bags and boxes too heavy for one person to carry. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your pick-up, please contact us or call 888.659.8333.
